Every year on the Ram trucks business we have the amazing opportunity to throw down ideas in the infamous (internal) Super Bowl gauntlet for Stellantis (formally FCA US). In the first season of Ted Lasso, the overwhelming positive coach made several jokes about Ram trucks in America and we took this angle and ran with it. Positioned as ‘Lasso Lessons’ we pitched a series of spots with Ted educating his British cohort on the difference between American Football & World Football. We didn’t make it to the big game, but our clients made it to the Apple boardroom.
